About the Owner
Sarah Spinelli is the owner of Breathe Yoga & Wellness, a yoga teacher, and a facilitator whose work centers on how we relate to ourselves, one another, and the changes life brings.
After joining Breathe as an instructor, Sarah became the studio’s fourth owner in August 2025. She is continuing its longstanding place in the Morganton community while making room for new offerings and connections. Her intention is personal: to nurture a welcoming space where people can move, rest, ask questions, and feel a sense of belonging without having to become someone else first.
Sarah’s teaching blends warmth and humor with an invitation to listen inward. She is especially drawn to yin and restorative yoga, meditation, and the everyday application of yoga’s philosophy. In classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats, she offers guidance while leaving each person room to choose their own experience. Rest is welcome. So is laughter.
Outside Breathe, Sarah’s background spans global organizations, talent and inclusion leadership, and organizational change. Through her strategic counsel and facilitation work, she comes alongside leaders and teams to understand the dynamics shaping their work and strengthen their ability to navigate change. Across these settings, she explores a shared question: how can we meet our responsibilities and grow without losing ourselves in the roles we serve?
Sarah holds a master’s degree in Global Development and Social Justice, a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and an RYT-200 yoga credential, with additional training in Ayurveda. Away from work, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time on her wooded property in the Appalachian foothills.
For Sarah, Breathe is a place to practice being human together. Come as you are. Come up for air.
Private Yoga with Sarah
Bring what you’re working through.
Maybe everyone depends on you. Maybe a familiar role no longer fits, or rest feels harder than effort. You don’t need a perfectly formed question—we can start right there.
Sarah will listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you untangle what feels complicated. Your time may include conversation, yoga philosophy, movement, meditation, or simply room to rest. There’s space for laughter, too.
Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and what might come next.
