Join Breathe instructor Darrell Watson for a special 1-hour self-defense class. Gain confidence while learning and practicing techniques to defend yourself from an attack. Darrell has over 25 years of wrestling experience and is a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He will teach us:

  • How to build a solid base

  • How to free yourself from wrist control

  • How to defend an attack from behind

  • How to defend yourself while on your back
