Have you been wanting to run a 5k or 10k? Let us help you achieve your goal with our Running, Yoga, & Pilates training program. Running can be a challenge, but adding yoga and Pilates into the mix is a game-changer! This 8-week program includes a week-by-week running program based on your goals and experience, a members only yoga and/or Pilates class each week, and group runs. Join us for this fun program, beginning July 18, 2019. We will meet each Thursday at 7:00pm for the yoga or Pilates class and to catch up on progress, questions, tips, etc. Our target race is the Sunrise Run on the Greenway set for Saturday, September 7, 2019.
