This 2-hour workshop is for beginning yoga students who want to learn the practice of yoga. Instructor Erica Baxter will progressively take the class from very basic yoga postures to standing and moving in a slow flow movement, linking movement with breath. This workshop will help give new students the tools needed to easily move towards a mixed-levels class with confidence.
